As a business owner and consumer, it is so refreshing to work with another company who puts consumers and their needs first. Semper Solaris has been phenomenal to work with and considering I have worked with 3 other solar companies before, that’s saying a lot. My main point of contact, Angie, has paid close attention to all my needs and seriously gone above on beyond to help me and my family. Good customer service is soooo hard to find nowadays and that’s the only reason I’m taking time out of my day to let everyone know that Semper Solaris is more than great and if you have the opportunity to work with Angie, you won’t regret it. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up doesn’t even do them justice. I recently worked with Semper Solaris for my new roof, solar batteries, solar panel installation and an EV charger. The energy consultant who I worked with, Erica Powell, was the best part of my experience. She was professional, had expert knowledge of the products and services, and provided clear communication throughout the whole process. We have had our solar panels on our house since 2014. Semper Solaris has been great every time we have had questions. Today, Angie C helped us through the process of reconnecting our solar system to a new Wi-Fi. We got through it in about 10 minutes. Angie was great! We have referred friends and they have also been very happy with this company.
