How review data is used
SICA may display aggregate ratings, review counts, and selected review text attributed to a named third-party source. These signals describe the source at the recorded refresh date; they are not reviews submitted directly to SICA unless expressly labelled that way.
Moderation and disputes
Businesses may report a source mismatch or outdated count through the corrections process. SICA does not remove accurate public-source data solely because it is unfavorable.
No fabricated consensus
Profiles without sufficient review data show a pending or unavailable state rather than a zero rating.
