Evidence accepted for profile updates
Provide information that can be checked against a primary source. Useful evidence includes the legal business name, CSLB licence number, official website and domain email, service address, NABCEP directory entry, insurance documentation, and an authorized representative statement.
What a profile badge means
A recorded or checked field applies only to that field and review date. It is not a guarantee of workmanship, future licence status, insurance coverage, or customer outcome.
Review process
- SICA confirms the requester can represent the business.
- Submitted facts are compared with public or first-party evidence.
- Conflicts and unavailable fields are disclosed rather than guessed.
- The profile records a refresh date when changes are published.
