Read all of Clean Initiative's Google reviews hereClean initiative provided some of the best customer service I have witnessed regarding solar, Andrew Rodriguez was very down to earth, honest, and very knowledgeable in his field. He explained everything thoroughly. They didn’t seem even the slightest upset with the million and one questions. We asked him answered everything remain very professional. I look forward to our installation. Our site assessment was done today our roof past excited to going solar.!! One of the best highly recommend this company, very professional!
no star if I can. I talked to both project managers, Eduardo and Frankie, both never answered my calls or text messages. They don't deliver what they have promised. The salesperson, Paul, quit the company claiming the company owes him a commission. I emailed the company and texted both property managers that I wanted to cancel my contract due to fraud. They never, NEVER Replied. Run for the Hill!
They are great at getting your business and initially installing the panels, but customer service and follow up is terrible! Within the last six months my Edison bill has gone through the roof! The panels are producing minimal energy, way below what should be produced costing me thousands over the months. When I reported this to Clean Initiatives, after several calls, I finally got a return text requesting my last 3 months Edison bill. They said they’d get back to me, but I haven’t heard back from them in over a month. I’ve been calling, texting and emailing since, but no response! I even visited their offices in Pasadena, CLOSED! Next step is reporting them to the Better Business Bureau and telling everyone I know about my experience!
