The process was easy and the team was polite and knowledgeable. As a female home owner there were a number of roofers that treated me as though I was completely uneducated on the process. However, WSC was not one of them. The options were great, the prices reasonable, and I was kept well informed from the first appointment until the project was completed. I had one small issue towards the end that was not their fault in any way, and they were still quick to resolve it at no extra expense. Very happy with the service, the crew, and the company as a whole.

I'm having a heck of a time. Communication could definitely improve. It's hard to get answers on timelines. We have the apps and they are showing all zeros. No clear instructions on what to look for to make sure it's running efficiently. Our PGE true-up just keeps going up and up. We have false alarms on our equipment that we are told not to worry about but continue to receive alerts that something is wrong. Now we have alarms going off and it shows we are pulling from PGE in the middle of a sunny day. Why? I'm super frustrated with this and feel like I'm at WSCs mercy but without the support. Watching videos on Sol Ark and it's so high level, it's not showing me what to look for. I need to know this is running efficiently. I keep having a feeling that I'm being brushed off, which is increasing my frustration level. I ask for a change to be made, which they make on there side and then two weeks later, I receive a reply that it's done but no evidence or anything. It's just such a weird place to be. Feel like I was getting control of my bills and now I feel more in the dark and out of control on this than ever. What did I do? Did I make a bad decision. Did I pick the right company? What should I have done differently?

I had a micro-inverter fail on a solar panel. After waiting weeks for another company to get out and make the repair, I called WSC and within 18 hours, Kyle and Isaac had Anthony out and make the repair in under an hour. These folks were friendly, professional, and efficient and left me feeling well taken care of with quality workmanship at a fair price. Highly recommended.
