They were very responsive, easy to get a hold of and scheduled in a timely manner. They were punctual and communicated when the tech was on his way. They have now serviced our home and our rental as well. Very happy with their service and recommend their work.
Jorge from Bland was very professional and kind. He showed me the actual parts he recommended replacing, and why. He gave me a thorough report of what he did and the results. In Bakersfield heat, I definitely want my AC to be in good shape! I expect my AC will function at top efficiency after Jorge’s maintenance, cleaning, and repair!.
Bland Company. The honest company. If I was able to give this rating a 6th star I would. From the Moment my wife and I met Doug, we knew it was a great company. Doug went above and beyond for my family and I am grateful. We no longer have that disgusting swamp cooler and now have super cool AC running through our home and it feels great! I have decided to choose Bland for future projects to my home. Plumbing, Solar, and anything else they offer. There were 2 mistakes after installation, but I called them and they had someone at my house within that same hour. There will always be mistakes, small or big but what matters is how a company responds to and fixes those mistakes.
